Worst customer service ever! It's impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. You can't even leave a voicemail since the mail box is full! I sent several emails and never received a response back. They have yet to reimburse me for books I never picked up and tried to cancel before the order was processed.
Half a star. Ordered a frame with tassel online. Tassel didn't come with the frame. Emailed the bookstore - no response (only 1 day so far). Tried to call many times over two days. Voicemail is "full" Not like the employees are that busy - when I visited there last Friday (19 Aug 16)
New location too small, for a major university bookstore, that also sells Uschool books and merchandise. The location across the plaza was better. Students cannot locate their books. Nearly 78%, of the employees are new
