I stepped into Drivers Auto Mart with a bit of apprehension
I Purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Drivers Auto Mart with Mr. Omeal Lee as our sales agent. Omeal is a joyful and professional person to do business with. Omeal listened to what I was looking for and showed me options of vehicles. It was a very favorable experience from the beginning to the finish. The sales manager Joshua Gonzalez was equally pleasant to work with. I definitely recommend Drivers Auto Mart because of the great value and wonderful purchase experience!
So either Driver's Auto Mart knowingly sold me a car with damage, or they never bothered to put it up on a rack after they took ownership of it, or their mechanics are completely incompetent. This is precisely why people are afraid to purchase cars from used car dealerships like this.
Another week later and I took my car back to Ford to find out why there is a vibration at speeds over 50 mph, and I found out that Driver's Auto Mart also sold me a car that had a bent rim on the front driver's side, causing such extreme wear on the inside of the two front tires, that they both need to be replaced already. They estimate that the original owner probably hit a curb pretty hard, and Ford says they are shocked that the car place I bought it from wouldn't have put this car up on the rack and immediately have noticed the uneven wear on the tires due to the bent rim.
Drivers auto mart was fabulous. Omeal, Joshua and Carlos Romero did a great job at convincing my mom to get me the car i wanted. i am a happy camper. i love my SUV :) :) come to drivers auto mart for your car needs. they do more than work with you so you can leave with a car that day!!
Called in for information on a car and sure enough I spoke to a sales representative right away, forgot his name but he was kind enough to explain the online pricing (which is actually very simple) to me and share the carfax. I wish their website would show more vehicles per page since they have ALOT of cars (200 plus). I might do business with them. Time to make a decision about my purchase...
and to my surprise my salesman Jose "Pepo" Gonzalez. He was very knowledgeable and quite the charmer. My overall experience was very positive. I would absolutely recommend Drivers auto Mart to anyone purchasing a vehicle. Their selection, quantity and quality are large. I would also like to thank the staff for all their help. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and my Salesman.

After only one week, my car wouldn't start. I took it to Ford and found out that I was sold a used car with a practically dead battery that needed to be replaced because the terminal was so corroded.
