The manager guy told me that the guy on the phone is the owner and her is not there. Apparently, he owns a jewelry store somewhere. The manager was quite unprofessional in his speech (e.g., lots of expletives, trying to get a political conversation out of me, demeaning the ONE guy they had helping, and making fun of the "crack heads" which inhabit the area). Furthermore, the manager told me that the business which they sublet their wash bay from is selling soon so the car wash will probably be out of business in 6-8 months. While I wasn't coming back, ever, anyway, that info is probably bad for business.
These guys were very polite & did an amazing job on my car. The price for the work done was more than reasonable. The quality of their work is second to NONE!!! if you want your car to look like the day you rolled it out of the showroom floor, THIS IS the place to take it. Very professional work done. Many places will charge you double their price, & give you half the quality. Thank YOU Jose & company!!
Before going to the location I called the phone number and asked the price for a wash & wax. The guy told me $50 with my choice of hand or buffer wax. However, when I arrived the price magically jumped to $75 for the wash and wax. I didn't want to go searching for another place since I was there.
Changed management a couple days ago (around 01/20/17). First impression wasn't the best but they spent way over an hour to clean my SUV inside out.. very thorough work, the really did a detailed work. I met the new owner while I waited, he seems to really care for his clients and providing a good service. Expect a NO RUSH wash, if you have the time its worth the wait. They did an amazing job at a really good price. The next day I brought my wife's car, they polished the headlights and came out nice. I'll keep bringing my cars here for sure.
Lastly, the one guy they had working, a younger Mexican guy, was really good. In fact, he was way better than the fast-talking manager. The owner would do far better by putting the younger guy in charge! Our car came out looking nice, but for the reasons above I'll never return.
$20 inside/out wash became $25 after it was done because it was a small suv rather than a car. Not like they didn't see the car when I pulled in. Inside cleaning was mediocre at best.
I would've rather paid $35 for a good wash than $20 for a mediocre wash. Not sure how these guys ended up with 4 stars. The guy who greeted me was nice though.
