Good store with decent prices for scratch, dent, & Refurb items that needed warranty work. Comparing prices to a traditional appliance store and you will easily see how the couple scuffed spots or a couple small dents are worth the $150+ off what the big box stores will sell as a "blow out clearance" "Even scratch and dent from the home improvement stores is really nothing special 99% of the time. Brands-mart has the products and doesn't try to overcharge for items that aren't 100% perfect.
My husband repositioned himself so he could see him. After that, he told him to tighten the hose some more. If he had not told him to do that, he would not have tightened the hose, it would have leaked and then you would think you need a new hose. You have to watch them every minute. The machine is great.
They do have a bit of a push to say hello at the start, but if you tell them you aren't sure what you want and you'll look around and find the person if you have questions, they will leave you alone.
My husband said hey, I paid for that, leave it.
The worse service ever. I purchased a 5 year extended warranty for my washer. It took 2 months and many phone calls to have them service the machine. Brandsmart will repair the machine at their earliest convenience NOT YOURS.

You have to watch the installers, though. They tried to snatch back the vent hose they sold us with the original order, which we didn't need.
We bought a laundry center. With the warranty and delivery and setup, it was a very good price. It is a great machine. So much room inside and it is only three inches bigger than our old one. I can wash a whole king-sized sheet set instead of half and I even added a blanket.
