The ONLY reason this rating is 4 stars is because the black female in the computer section was so helpful and patient. She stayed with me to answer all my questions and even recommended a few since I am a student and need Microsoft Word. She even told me about holding off until I asked if my school provided MS Word for free.
Fairly large branch... Good variety of electronics. Lots of HDTVs. Hardly any Apple stuff though.
Sitting on hold with Best Buy for 30+ minutes! Bad customer service. Bought an open box Display it was listed as missing remote, stand, and hardware. Turns out it was missing a 1 mini connect cable and box. Samsung and their genius evidently decided its consumers need this box to use players or any device using an HDMI cable to hook up too. Trying to get a hold of the Davie location to see if it has come into their Best Buy parts store. Cannot get anyone on the phone for more than 60 seconds until they put me on hold for over a half hour before some one hangs up on me.
No greeting at the door and other workers were running around like chickens with their heads cut off not acknowledging customers. If the young lady is there again, I'd purchase from this store.
Best Buy is just awesome! Great selection and knowledgeable staff. If Best Buy doesn't have it... You dont need it.
