Had a very good experience with our purchase of furniture from Ashley Furniture. Sales representative listened and gave good suggestions / observation according to our likes and dislikes. Delivery and setup was excellent. They were very friendly and cleaned up. Left no mess. Excellent buying experience.
We hadn't even walked through the door and we were already being eagerly catered to. A Mr. Brice took care of us and i was very happy with him because i could see that he was both knowledgeable and experienced. It felt like he was genuinely interested in making sure we were happy with our selection. We found just the right furniture and Mr. Brice was able to set up everything up for us with free delivery in a jiffy. We have a rocket for a baby so we got the stain protection plan for three years as well as the wear & tear protection plan. He thoroughly explained both protection plans and i would highly recommend it for anyone with a family or active life style. It's probably one of the most fair, generous, and comprehensive protection plans I've ever heard of for furniture.
We we to a couple of different furniture stores before Ashley and this place was a breathe of fresh air. If you go ask to see Michael. He is helpful and knowledgeable. We bought 2 furniture sets and are very happy!
