Courteousness is not overrated, no matter what other people say, and part of being courteous is being on time and keeping to schedule so that others can keep theirs. This company has it, so I’m not complaining. Everything they told me I was going to get I got, so I’m giving two "Ebert fists" here. I don’t miss out on anything in terms of core coverage, the staff is nice on the phone, and in general, my insurance issues have been running smoothly & I hope they keep up the nice work.
