I contacted Sarah from A Licensed Roofing Company. She came to my residence and met my elderly mother and I explained to her that she had been recently taken advantage of, for a previous roofing job. She guaranteed me that wouldn't be the case. Sad to say, she charged my mother $2,200 for a small roof repair. It took almost a week to finish the repair, as if she had non experience kids on my mother's roof. We paid Sarah$ 3,000, it's been almost a year and we have yet to receive our remaining $800. We have since reported A Licensed Roofing Company to the Better Business Bureau, and you can find the report there now. Calls have been since made to Sarah from the BBB, and also me. Sarah is doing a very good job of avoiding the situation, and also looking my elderly mother in the eye and telling her why she can't a least get her change for a terrible job.
I have to say that was really satisfied with overall service provided by this company. From the day they came to make estimate, as were only ones that accessed roof and with detailed pictures explained what was going on and how it would be fixed. After that they took a few days to get back to me with a quote, just because they wanted to give me an accurate final estimate. After that it was all pretty fast, a very professional and respectful group of gentlemen , work was done fast and very cleanly. Would sure recommend

They are maybe a good company according to reviews that’s the reason I’ve called them. BUT I’m sorry I cannot pay $250 for them to come and do an estimate on repair... (even though on the phone automated machine said “press one for FREE roofing consultation”). It will be waived if you decide to stay with them but...

We received estimates from six different roofers. We are so happy that we went with A Licensed Roofers. They are professional, prompt, and courteous. We had our roof done right before Irma and they made sure we had our warranty in hand before the storm. The inspector of our city even told us that they are one of the best! I would not have wanted to use anyone else! Thank you to A Licensed Roofing for doing an awesome job!
