STAY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK! No hot water in some of the bath houses, the electrical supply to our camp site fried our microwave, speakers and other electronics, and the wifi did not work at our site. Good luck getting a response from management. They were very unprofessional when electrical safety concerns were brought to their attention.

I called and made a reservation yesterday, like with any new area we travel to for an extended period of time I always check the sex offender registry. I have 3 children and I look for anyone in nearby neighborhoods that target children. I was shocked to see two separate offenders against children actually staying in the travel park. Another traveler suggested I call the park and ask if they were aware of the offenders and if not would they be asked to leave.

I called and the lady who answered became extremely combative and wouldn't answer my question. She said they don't ask people when they come in so how would they know? I told her there's a national database that shows where offenders live in her park. She started yelling and said it wasn't against the law because there were no schools nearby. I told her I understood that, I just wanted to know if it was against company policy to ensure the safety of all guests. She hung up on me.

Warning this place does not refund your money if you have to cancel and it says nothing about it on their info! Do not patronize!

BE ADVISED this campground charges upfront for your full stay AND they don't refund if you cancel!! It doesn't state this on their website and they don't send a confirmation email with this info either. Very shady.

I called back and someone else answered. I told him they should at least answer a customers questions without yelling and hanging up. He said the $100 reservation fee was non-refundable. I told him that was fine, that's not why I was calling, my kids safety is worth more than $100. I heard the lady in the background yelling and then she took the phone back and said she would refund the $100. I just said ok and ended the conversation. We've been full-time for 3 years and never dealt with something like this. The park refunding the $100 was unexpected and not asked for. I never raised my voice and repeated my questions as many times as she asked. It was completely uncalled for to yell and hang up. I was simply trying to ensure the safety of my young children. My concern is for people with children who don't check the registry and expect the others in the park to not be predators. I'm thankful we learned this sooner than later.

Very trashy. Not my kind of place. Don't really feel safe here.
