I had a couple balls get damaged and had them fix it they completely ruined the finish of the balls and didn't even come close to factory finish one ball was a solid the other was a pearl. They made both look like a plastic ball with a high polish. Then they told me that's how they are supposed to be. Both balls were almost new so I easily remember how the finish used to be. I'm never going to this shop again
Recently had my ball re-drilled here... fit was spot-on and it has made playing so much more enjoyable. They didn't try to upsell me on anything - just focused on getting me what I needed, and for that, I would recommend this place to anyone.
