I actually had a reservation at another Rent-a-Car at 7:30am in the morning to head out for our family vacation and they didn't have any cars. I called around to a couple in the area and after calling 6 different stores I found one with cars. The customer service was great. The car was good but prefer to have one with an alarm and not just a key. However is drove great and we enjoyed our family vacation. Thanks.
Horrible customer service. Cle was lovely over the phone but unfortunately I had to deal with Reggie when they finally picked me up to get my car. Nothing was explained to me, seems like he doesn't enjoy his job very much. The entire time i felt rushed. The information on the keys didn't even match the car i was driving. While i had the rental someone broke into the car so i went to enterprise for assistance ( I wasn't sure how to handle the situation since this has never happened to me before) Reggie told me they can't get started on any report until i pay $500. Why have someone wait for assistance if you wont do anything until after receiving $500? Where do you expect me to get $500 when i just told you the car was broken into? If i have to rent another car I wont be renting from this location. Hire people that actually want to work there, i gave you one star because i had to ...
Enterprise Weston-Davie was great on my last rental. Larry provided excellent customer service, even while being overrun with customers that didn't have reservations. He offered a discount on my next rental even though I didn't ask for it. This is a small location but recommended especially for general reservations.
Very short, but well worth it. Employee John came to pick me up, very polite and courteous, took me back to the location, did the paperwork and got me on my way. Thank you so much for everything. I was able to park my rig, visit family and friends all in one day and got back on the road.
The service at this location is horrible. Got a rental because my car was in the shop was told my price would be 265 which I was fine with, found out my car would be in the shop an extra day. Called and was told it would be 285 if I kept an extra day I was fine with that. Took the car back and was told my total was 404. Absolutely not, asked to speak with a manager was told no one was there. Told my account would be placed on hold and the supervisor Larry would give me a call. Nobody called so I kept calling got the run around. A whole month later my card was charged 353. Called to speak to Larry now he doesn't work at this location. Well someone better fix this situation or I will make it a legal matter. Don't rent from this place ever!!!!!
