Honda service people had said they would change out the vehicle on Monday since I was dealing w them after Hertz had closed but I never got a call at all.
Great staff. It's a good alternative instead of having to go to the airport.
I work very far from them as I had told the guy when I saw the wrench.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Had to take a rental due to the Honda recall. Was given a car with a bright yellow wrench showing. When I pointed it out to the Hertz agent, he said no big deal; it just needs an oil change. Well, I have had the vehicle for 4 days and now it says that the oil is 10%.
Hertz is saying that they cannot send me a new car; I now have to go back in and change the car. My time and my money are not valuable enough to them. I will NEVER do business w Rick Case nor Hertz Honda rental again. NEVER. Shame, shame on them.
Super slow. Took an hour to get my Gold Reservation processed. Staff doesn’t care how slow they move. Oh don’t even call becuase they don’t pick up the phone. I was there an hour and they didn’t pick up the phone once. I asked one of them if they ever picked up the phone and he said yes when I see it’s my boss. It was incredibale. I am never renting there again.
Rented a car here for a week-long, long-distance road trip. This was my first experience renting a car for a road trip, and my first experience renting a car from a non-airport location.

Drop-off was as easy as pick-up, and the staff was again friendly and helpful. They checked the mileage and gas level (and presumably gave the car a cursory once-over) and I was on my way again.
Everything went as smoothly as possible. Took a minute to find the actual counter tucked away inside the Honda dealership area, but the desk staff were all friendly and efficient. I had pre-paid, and there were no hidden costs when I got to the desk, and within about 10 minutes of arriving, I was on my way out the door and into the car, which was in the class we requested. The car had a couple of superficial dings and dents, but they were noted and recorded in the pre-inspection. Car ran like a champ for the entirety of the trip--no unwelcome surprises or mechanical issues at all, and we put nearly 3000 miles on it.
